Our Policies and Disclaimers
Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Football Lab, we maintain a high-performance training environment that requires consistency, commitment, and structure. To ensure fairness and operational efficiency, the following cancellation and refund policies apply:
1. No Refunds
- All payments are final. No refunds will be issued once a player is registered and payment has been made.
2. Missed Sessions
- Missed sessions will not be credited or refunded, regardless of the reason (e.g., illness, travel, schedule conflicts).
- Exceptions may only be made in cases of extended injury, supported by medical documentation, and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
3. Session Cancellations (By Football Lab)
- If a session is cancelled by Football Lab due to weather, field closures, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will reschedule the session or provide a make-up opportunity when possible.
- No cash refunds will be issued for cancelled sessions.
4. Program Withdrawal
- If a player voluntarily withdraws from the program mid-term, no refund or credit will be provided.
- In exceptional cases (e.g., relocation or long-term injury), a partial credit may be considered at Football Lab’s discretion.
5. Commitment Policy
- By registering, you commit to the full duration of the program. Sporadic attendance or early dropouts affect the training environment and are strongly discouraged.
⸻
By submitting payment and registering, you acknowledge and accept this cancellation policy.
