We build groups

We want to provide high quality sessions only. So we will see how much interest we get for that drop-in session and what groups/skill levels have adequate numbers to have a valuable training session.

Grouping Method

– Grouping uses age + skill level
– Your RSVP helps us determine if your group can run a high-quality session
– If your group doesn’t have enough players, you won’t be charged and you’ll stay on the list for the next slot

Payment Instructions

E-Transfer Note must include:
– Player Name
– Date of Session
Payment is only requested after your group is confirmed.

FAQ

No — joining the Drop-In List just means you’ll receive emails when we find a potential field slot.
When we have a possible time/location, we send an Interest Check email so you can RSVP. Only after we confirm enough players for a strong group will we send a Session Confirmation email with final details and payment instructions.

When we find a possible booking window, we email the list with:
– Proposed date/time and general location area
– The RSVP deadline (usually within 12–24 hours)
– A quick RSVP option (Yes / No)

This lets us measure demand before we lock in the field and build groups.

We group players using a combination of:

Age (birth year)
Skill level / training level

We do this to keep sessions competitive, safe, and high quality. If we can’t form a strong group for your player (not enough similar age/level players), that group won’t be confirmed for that specific drop-in — but you stay on the list for the next one.

A session is officially confirmed once:
– We have enough RSVP interest to form quality groups
– We secure the field booking
– You receive a Session Confirmation email from Football Lab

If you don’t receive a confirmation email, the session is not confirmed (even if you saw the Interest Check).

No. We only request payment after your group is confirmed and you receive the Session Confirmation email.

We will provide as much notice as possible, but because field availability changes quickly, some sessions may be confirmed on short notice (example: 24–72 hours). The email will always include:

– Final time/location
– RSVP and payment deadlines
